Conqueror Autoscoring communication error

Qubica recently changed what they are changing their default settings for CDE Products in accessing the Front Desk (or server) computer.
 
To view the settings, open BLS (or BTM) and go to Options > Automatic Scoring Setup.  If you are in a league, you will need to close the league.
 
CURRENTLY the settings are normally:
[2] Export:   \\FRONTDESK1\SECY\
[3] Export:   \\FRONTDESK1\SECY\
[4] Front Desk:   \\FRONTDESK1\C$
 
If you are receiving an "Unable to access scoring" error, you may need to change those settings based on how your Conqueror was set up and may require you contact QubicaAMF Support.
 
To change the settings, unlock the screen by clicking on the padlock and entering CDESOFTWARE for the password.
 
PREVIOUS settings to try:
[2] Export:   \\FRONTDESK1\C\SECY\
[3] Export:   \\FRONTDESK1\C\SECY\
[4] Front Desk:   \\FRONTDESK1\C
 
If that doesn't work, try:
PREVIOUS settings to try:

[3] Export:   \\FRONTDESK\C\SECY\
[4] Front Desk:   \\FRONTDESK\C
 
If that doesn't work, you may need to use the IP address of the front desk or server:
PREVIOUS settings to try, substituting [IPADDRESS] with the network IP address of the front desk or server:
[2] Export:   \\[IPADDRESS]\C\SECY\
[3] Export:   \\[IPADDRESS]\C\SECY\
[4] Front Desk:   \\[IPADDRESS]\C
 
If the CDE Software program is on the Front Desk itself,  try the following:
[2] Export:  C:\Secy\
[3] Export:   C:\Secy\
[4] Front Desk:   C:\
