Why will the parent information not transfer when starting a new league?

On the Youth leagues we have to put in the parent information but when we set up to start the new league it only transfers the youth stuff over and not the parent information so we have to ask for it again or go back into the previous league to pull up and write down the info to put into the new league.  This is getting old.

As far as I'm aware, the parent information should transfer over.  We'll have to take a look to try and replicate.

I created a test league and set up a bowler with a parent.  I then used the Utilities > Restart League for Next Season and checked this bowler's parent and the parent was there.
 
What process are you taking to replicate the issue?

This has been happening to me too. I will check on my version and try again. It is very frustrating.

I just updated and Restarted the league and the parent info is not there. Please help. I don't want to put in all that info again. Thanks.

It's possible that the leagues were restarted so many times that it exhibited this behavior.  We'll take a look with the leagues and try to reproduce and find the cause.
