MDB not synching

BLS 2016/Pro v. 28.03.07, MDB 2016 v. 12.1.8, Win7
 
Every time I close a league, the "synchronizing MDB" timer comes up but that synch'ing does not appear to be fully taking place.  I just found yet another instance of non-synchronization: a bowler in the league file, active, on a team, is NOT in the MDB at all.  In the bowler data screen within the league, there is nothing in the field labeled "Master ID #". Although I thought this synchronization would be automatic, is there a button I can select to "Add to MDB"?  If not, perhaps that should be considered??  Or improve the synchronization function so it actually does synchronize consistently and fully?

We would need a backup of the MBD along with a backup of the league(s) exhibiting the behavior in order to replicate. Email to help@cdesoftware.com

Lance, I see y'all have been busy with the (probably more important) issue of delays in loading/changing screens than my issue, but thought I'd knock again... As you requested, I sent the league file and MDB file back on Sept.30.  Have you had a chance to look into this issue?
