Preview the standing sheet. Click on the Change Tab at the top right, then click on the styling tab at the bottom. You will see choices for custom or global font which you can modify. Refer to page 177 of the user manual.

Click on the styling tab, then at the bottom you will see font sets. In the middle is a slider to choose either League or Global font set. Then you need to click on the view, change button. A l;ist of items on the standing sheet will appear. Team names on rosters is on that list. If that not what you wanted, let me know more details.

I don't think that you can change the size of the font on the standings. That will depend on how many items are one the line. If you make the font size bigger, it won't fit. I think that it is made to auto fit depending on the data on the line.
If you want the font bigger, you will need to have less data on the line.

If you go to Team Standings/Change Report Style there is a choice for Data Size small or large. Large does make the Team Names (and other items) larger. Also under Change/Styling/Fonts Sets using a large font size for Data:names, scores, averages has an effect on the team names on the standing section. However, these options do affect other items. Good luck.
