Two of my bowling centers cannot pull up our league files because I upgraded to BLS 2016. IS anyone else having this problem?

I am the secretary of 2 leagues in 2 different centers.  I upgraded to BLS 2016.  When I did this both bowling centers said they could not access the league files.  When they tried all the bowlers came up vacant.  They said it's because the center is running Windows XP.  Are there other secretaries having this problem?  How can it be fixed?

When you upgraded to BLS2016, the file structures were upgraded and are different than BLS2015. The files are NOT backward compatible. All platforms must be on the same version to be able to use the files back and forth.
The windows version does not matter, the BLS version does.

You can use BLS 2015 but the info the has been upgraded to BLS2016 is not compatible with BLS2015. If you have the info from 2015, you can go on from there but cannot use the info currently in 2016.
