BTM-2013 division issues

Have BTM-2013 Pro, version 6.53.01.  Run a tournament at the Stadium in Reno with divisions based on combined average for doubles and 4-person team.  Last year, during registration, division was automatically assigned as bowlers were added to squads.  This year, after restarting the tournament and making a minor change to the average range, this feature no longer works.  In doubles, every doubles team is assigned to DIV01 no matter what the combined averages are.  Every 4 person team is assigned no division at all.  Even the technical folks at the stadium were stumped.

How did you specifically configure the divisions for doubles and for 4 person team as?

In setup, divisions tab.
I set up individuals first, women, 90% to 220, men 80% to 220.
Then doubles, DIV01: 0 - 370 average, DIV02: 371-600 average.
Then team, DIV01: 0 - 740, DIV02: 741 - 1200

Jim,

Go to D-1: Rules Setup and then Division & Handicaps - Doubles. On the top, what is the setting for "Division Assigned?"

Jim,

I think you may need to email a backup of the tournament to help@cdesoftware.com along with the information about what you are intending for the doubles divisions as well as the registration number of the 2 bowlers you said you just added and it not placing in the correct division.

I think you still have something incorrectly configured in your division setup, such as gender or average.

When you set up the division, make sure that the setting are all as you intended. In this case, the Doubles Divisions are separated by average and the setting is for "Highest Bowler's Average" - which means that just one bowler will determine what division the Doubles pair is in. What Jim had set up for the averages this should have been set as "Team Average" so that the bowlers averages are added together to determine which division the team should be in.
